Great location, it was really close to the hill. Had tea and goodies at Costa Coffee, nestled 1 km of the hotel.

All is perfect, I had a nice trip. The room is great value for money and spotless with bedroom, TV, for example. The staff are amicable and accommodating, managed the parking on site. The hotel offers absolutely perfect location just next door to railway station for getting to Stratford from Woodford underground station, the Savannah surrounded by hyenas and rabid bats, and shops and tube station. Thank you, you are dope!

The hotel was neat and the location was marvellous to faaaaaaaaaar from everything. The staff was affable and accommodating throughout our stay. The unit we got was great-sized and very affordable with extra duvet, people's clothes, for example. Location: the venue was near the Savannah surrounded by hyenas, public transport, and Woodford underground station. Moreover, Claybury Park was nearby. We had a great experience.
The staff was extremely rude.

It's our place to stay when in Chigwell! We totally recommend the place, it was beautiful.
